In 2014 the University of Adelaide will host the Corporate Law Teachers Association’s (CLTA) annual conference at the National Wine Centre in Adelaide.
The theme for the 2014 CLTA conference is ‘From Corner Shop to Large Multinational: The Governance, Regulation, and Rescue of Corporations’. Participants are invited to consider the challenges inherent in regulating for the diverse types of corporations. In addition to the theme, participants may wish to consider the following streams:
- Regulators and Regulation
- The Future of Corporate Law
- Corporate Governance
- Insolvency
- Ethics in the Corporate Sphere
The program will include a mix of keynote presentations, papers by participants, and panel discussions. Keynote speaker Professor Andrew Keay, Professor of Law from the University of Leeds, and distinguished scholar, will open the conference.
